We use Kashflow as we believe it is a great ideal tool for any small business owner.

It allows you to access you accounts at any time and in any place, all you need is an internet connection. Kasflow covers a variety of areas, such as:

Invoicing

This allows you to customise your own invoices with your company branding, while  also adding as much detail about the products you are selling on a line-by-line basis. You can simply save, edit and amend all invoices and have unlimited formats created. Kashflow can also help to automate invoicing, reminding you when an invoice becomes overdue. There are pre-set letters that can be sent to your customers to chase the debt. Kashflow identifies payments received, and the net balance owed by customers, plus so much more.

Quotes & Estimates

Kashflow produces customised quotes at the click of a button – quick and easy.

Purchases

Help to automate regular orders with Kashflow, and it can also send an email to your suppliers notifying them when you have paid them.

Banking

This flexible software can link with numerous bank accounts, if you have them. It allows you to view view all of your balances on a summary dashboard page. This handy little feature allows you to get a snapshot of your finances.

Credit Control

Make it easier to manage your suppliers if they are not paying on time. The system automatically notifies you if an invoice has reached its due date, and is still outstanding.

Payroll

Access your payroll information anywhere, anytime. It also has the ability to file your RTI submissions to HMRC. It can help with P60’s and P45’s and also produce customised reports to fit your requirements.

Cost vs Benefit

There is a free 14 day trial, where you can test the system, and see if it can help to automate some of the processes within your business. Then after the 14 day trial, the prices start from £5 per month.
